# Job Description
## Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist interns or licensed real estate agents in daily customer development and maintenance, including contacting potential customers, scheduling time and travel arrangements, and follow-up.
2. Learn and master the professional real estate sales process, participate in the company's training courses to enhance your personal business skills and industry knowledge.
3. Responsible for organizing and updating customer information to ensure accuracy and completeness, and provide data support to the team.
4. Assist senior real estate agents in completing transaction-related document preparation work, such as purchase and sale contracts, lease agreements, etc., to ensure a smooth process.
5. Flexibly adjust the work location in Shang Shui, Pin Ling District, etc., and provide quality services according to actual needs.
**Work requirements:**
1. **Age and identity** : Age 18 or above, holding a valid Hong Kong permanent resident identity card, new immigrants or job changers are all eligible to apply.
2. **Language ability** : Familiar with Chinese writing and Cantonese communication, those who have basic Mandarin skills are preferred (need to cope with diverse customer groups).
3. **Communication and attitude** : Have good communication skills and patience, be able to handle customer inquiries and needs properly, and show a dedicated and enthusiastic work attitude.
4. **Experience and learning**: No relevant experience is required, but you must be willing to learn and adapt to a new work mode, and accept professional operating procedures training.
5. **Education and background** : DSE graduates, summer interns or other background individuals can apply, only need to meet the age and language requirements.
