Graphic Designer / Illustrator (HKGOV, 29K-30K per month,Contract)

<p><strong>Job description</strong></p><p>The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for 「illustrative design and typography」. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets of HK GOV Unit</li><li>Create compelling and effective Web UI design, logos, designs, print and digital media of HK GOV Unit</li><li>Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends</li><li>To perform any other duties as directed by the senior officers</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Have a Hong Kong bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in the disciplines of Media Design / Communication Design / Creative media / Public Relations and Advertising Design;</li><li><strong>3 years of experience in graphic design & Illustration</strong></li><li>Proficient in Adobe AI & Photoshop & Layout design</li><li>Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills</li><li>Portfolio of work in pdf form</li></ul>
