[Job Responsibilities]
1. Responsible for building and overall training management of the Cantonese mathematics thinking training system, including training rules, instructor system, course system, examination and evaluation system, etc.; including new employee onboarding training, on-the-job skills improvement training, etc., and able to combine business requirements to reasonably adjust and optimize training content and be responsible for training effectiveness.
2. According to the business situation and organizational development in various regions of the country, he or she can independently be responsible for training projects, including training needs analysis, training course development, training organization, training process control, training data statistics, and training effect tracking, and carry out correction and optimization.
3. Responsible for periodically reviewing and updating training-related SOPs, optimizing and improving the training system, continuous learning, continuous optimization, and promoting team collaboration efficiency.
[Job Requirements]
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin, with a language logic for teaching and interacting in Cantonese, and a Cantonese expression habit and an in-depth and superficial Cantonese explanation method.
3. More than 3 years of local Hong Kong mathematics teaching experience/research and development experience or training work experience, familiar with the operation mode of the Hong Kong education industry, and able to independently Responsible for building a training system and developing training projects.
