Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for coordinating and executing various market promotion projects, including media relations management, event planning and on-site support, with particular emphasis on public relations (PR) related work.
Regularly accompany customers to different venues to shoot promotional videos, act as a site coordinator to ensure that the content meets the brand's tone and customer needs.
Directly communicate with customers, clearly convey project progress, strategy thinking and execution details, actively answer customer questions, and showcase a professional and trustworthy image.
Assist in explaining to customers the unique features and competitive advantages of our company's services, such as "Running Dog" and other self-owned IPs or resource differentiators, strengthening customer awareness and trust.

Requirements:

Have excellent on-the-spot reaction and real-time communication skills, and be able to remain calm and flexible in a changing environment to respond to sudden situations.
Outgoing and confident personality, noticeable performance, and willingness to face the camera. Basic sense of the lens and image storytelling awareness, and the ability to naturally exhibit personal style.
Have good oral expression and logical statement ability, be able to explain complex concepts to customers in a simple and concise manner, and effectively handle objections and questions.
Familiar with social platform ecology and network topic trends, with acute "web sense", and able to combine current context for content transformation and interactive design.
Have basic directorial thinking, understand picture composition, rhythm and audience emotions, and can collaborate with production teams to complete high-quality visual content.
