Our client (financial services) is newly setting up a revenue, sales and customer service/customer experience call support centre in Hong Kong.
The location on work will be based at Wong Chuk Hang.
This will be a newly set up headcount for a Customer Experience Manager/Team Lead, where you will be building a team of 5 to handle corporate clients and enquiries over the phone.
We are looking for someone with experience handling enquiries, providing exceptional over the line experience, handle customers data, and seek opportunities to inject enhancer and upsell services.
More importantly, this team head will need to groom a team of talented customer service agent to service above self, providing good leadership to the team.
Must be able to communicate in English and Cantonese.
Your background - ideally from a call centre/customer experience centre/call support, and experienced in handling customers data, from banks/insurance/premium membership clubs/hotel. KYC knowledge is advantageous
