Job Responsibilities

• Execute system performance monitoring and log analysis, proactively identify potential risks, implement security protection measures, and ensure data security and service availability.

• Quickly respond and handle user-end hardware and software, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and network connections technical issues; for complex or cross-system problems, collaborate with relevant teams to diagnose and report track.

• Plan and execute system updates, security patch deployment, regular backups and disaster recovery drills to ensure data integrity and business continuity.

• Write and maintain standardized technical documents, including system configuration lists, operational procedures, and common problem handling guidelines, and participate in testing and validation work for new technologies or platform upgrades.

Work requirements

• Have basic operations and management skills for Windows and Linux operating systems, be familiar with TCP/IP network architecture, DNS, DHCP, etc. Core protocol principles and applications.

• Have solid problem analysis and solving skills, be able to independently judge the priority order, and effectively execute fault elimination under pressure; have a strong desire for self-directed learning, and actively follow up on the development of new technologies in IT infrastructure.

• Have good Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin) and basic English communication skills, be able to clearly express technical concepts, and collaborate efficiently with internal teams and end users.

• 0–2 years of IT operations, system administration or network support related experience (including internship, project implementation experience, etc.), fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Those with PowerShell or Bash script foundations are especially good; those with CCNA, CompTIA Network+, RHCSA or equivalent certifications will be given priority.
