Purchasing Officer

<p>Company Description: A global leader in premium onboard amenities and in-flight service concepts, serving top-tier airlines with customized, high-quality travel products and solutions.</p><p>Location: Whampoa Garden, Kowloon City District</p><p>Nature: Permanent</p><p></p><p>Job Title: <strong>Purchasing Officer</strong></p><p></p><p>Candidates with less experience will be considered as Junior Purchasing Officer.</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities</p><p></p><p>• Assist in handling purchasing enquiries and project coordination with suppliers and partners</p><p>• Support product development by sourcing quotations and arranging samples per client requirements</p><p>• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of projects</p><p>• Manage cost control and budgeting throughout the development cycle</p><p>• Coordinate with internal departments to align project goals and progress</p><p>• Conduct procurement for amenity kits, textiles, and children’s products</p><p>• Track and manage shipment logistics with freight forwarders and factories</p><p>• Research and source new products as directed by the department</p><p>• Provide help with documentation and reports as part of the procurement process</p><p></p><p>Requirements</p><p></p><p>• Higher diploma or associate degree in Merchandising, Supply Chain, Textiles, or related fields</p><p>• 0–4 years of experience in purchasing or sourcing; experience in textiles, amenity products, or cosmetics is a plus</p><p>• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin</p><p>• Strong command of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</p><p>• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills</p><p>• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities</p><p>• Proactive, eager to learn, and highly responsible</p><p></p><p>Others</p><p></p><p>• May require occasional business travel</p><p>• Offers a 5-day work week, 13-month salary, bonus, 15 days of annual leave, medical and life insurance, and work-from-home policy</p>
