Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily operation of the roast meat department, food processing and output, maintaining product quality to meet the company's established standards
Requirements:
3 years of kitchen management experience
Active and positive, flexible and responsible, independent in decision-making, leadership skills, human resources management and supervision skills, and valuing communication and team spirit
Good Cantonese, able to read and write Chinese
Working hours: Work 6 days a week, 9 hours a day (shifts and breaks)
