Regular inspection and maintenance of various construction projects (including painting, masonry, carpentry, etc.)
Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance work
Supervise and coordinate contractors to carry out relevant engineering projects, ensuring on-site construction complies with work regulations and safety guidelines
Follow up and handle sudden events according to instructions
Maintain a safe work environment
Assist other facilities management work
Entry Requirements:
3 years of relevant work experience and holding a carpentry license
Understand how to operate general computer software
Fluent Cantonese
Good service attitude and polite treatment of others
Shift work is required: 9 hours per shift, depending on the situation, you may be required to work overnight shifts
Working in Central Hong Kong
