Work requirements
Hold a college degree or above, with basic business knowledge and consumer behavior understanding ability.
Have good oral expression and listening skills, be able to clearly communicate product value, and flexibly respond to different types of customer needs.
Strong sense of responsibility, high stress resistance, able to achieve a balance between business targets and service quality, and actively assume work responsibilities.
Have a team collaboration awareness, be willing to cooperate with shift arrangements, accept shift work and holiday attendance.
