On-site building equipment inspector

Responsible for the regular consultancy contracts of small-scale projects under the Property Services Department of the Architectural Services Department in Area Three - New Territories Region (Tai Po, Tuen Mun, Yuen Long, North District) and Lantau Island (North)
Achieved Level II or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Secondary School Certificate Examination or Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education, or equivalent qualifications
Post-secondary education: diploma/certificate; 8 years of experience; good Cantonese; good Mandarin; good English; ability to read and write Chinese; ability to read and write English; hold an electrical or mechanical building services engineering diploma/senior certificate or equivalent qualifications
Monthly salary range from $50,000 - $75,600 (depending on work experience), Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm, Saturday: 9am to 1pm, working hours of 5 days to 5.5 days per week
