Responsible for tracking and analyzing product indicators, monitoring product data changes, and validating growth strategies through A/B testing, etc.<br>Effectiveness, continuous optimization of growth strategies;<br>5. In-depth understanding of the market and competitive products, user research and competitive product analysis, formulation of product competitiveness improvement plans, and assistance<br>Assist the team in developing more effective user growth strategies.</p>
<p><br>Requirements:<br>1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of overseas user growth experience, familiar with common user growth methods;<br>2. Have CFD, broker, Hong Kong and US stocks, funds, etc. financial APP/PC product experience;<br>3. Have strong data analysis skills, familiar with internet data analysis methods, and good at using data to drive product optimization;<br>4. Have strong curiosity and learning ability, those who have successful case studies of growth hacking are preferred;<br>5. Good at communication, sense of responsibility, strong project promotion and stress resistance ability.<br>6. Have innovation and independent thinking awareness, combine company business and industry development to dig out new products. </p>
