With the continuous expansion of business, we are recruiting a Senior Android Engineer responsible for mobile development of the core payment system to ensure an excellent user experience across multiple devices and scenarios. You will participate in the entire process from requirement definition, architecture design, to onboarding iteration, deeply involved in technical decisions and influencing the payment experience of global users.

Job Description

This position supports flexible office arrangements and is based in the Shenzhen region. It may require occasional trips to the office or Hong Kong depending on team schedules or project progress.

Duties include:

Design, develop and maintain high-quality Android mobile applications

Ensure application performance, stability, and functional integrity on multiple devices and operating systems

Collaborate with product managers, designers and backend developers to push new features live

Write high-quality, maintainable, and high-performance code

Debug and solve various technical issues in the application

Continuously monitor the latest trends in the Android technology ecosystem and apply them to actual projects

Lead the system architecture and technical design of the application

Provide technical guidance and tutoring to other engineers on the team

Actively participate in code review and technical evaluation, and promote quality improvement

Requirements

Position requirements

Having rich Android development experience, deeply understand Android platform principles and development ecology

Proficient in Kotlin programming language and Android SDK

Familiar with common Android development frameworks, components, and design patterns

Proficient in software engineering principles and best practices

Familiar with the process of interacting with the server API, those with gRPC/protobuf usage experience are preferred.

Excellent problem analysis and solving skills, clear logical thinking

Have good communication skills and team spirit

Pay attention to details and strive for excellence in product quality

Able to independently drive project progress while having good team collaboration awareness
