Electric car repair center sales front desk reception

Basic requirements

1. Have strong interest in electric vehicle sales and storefront services, proactive and willing to learn

2. Have basic computer operating skills, familiar with word processing, telephone reception, and reception procedures

3. Have sales experience, automotive/electric vehicle industry knowledge, those with experience are preferred, those without experience can be trained

4. Willing to comply with a weekly work schedule of 6 days, and able to handle customer service and sales at the store counter

5. Be punctual, disciplined, and well-mannered, and pay attention to service quality and storefront image

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for front desk reception, customer consultation and response, in-store/call-in customer service and demand understanding

2. Execute electric vehicle sales work, including car model introduction, specifications and features, quotations, deal follow-up and customer maintenance

3. Assist customers with car purchase-related procedures, data registration, contract consolidation, and document processing

4. Maintain a clean and organized counter and storefront environment, sales tools and materials are sorted and filed

5. Learn about electric vehicle product knowledge, chassis, motor, battery, etc. basic specifications, and enhance professional sales skills

6. Collaborate with the store to achieve sales targets and develop towards store management

Working hours

10:00am – 8:00pm (work 6 days per week, shift/leave rotation according to company arrangement)

Benefits

Monthly salary: HK$20K base salary, with a raise after 3 months of probation

Company provides two meals per day
