Public cloud architect

[Job Responsibilities]

1. Assist sales in judging and understanding customer needs, provide a comprehensive AWS solution based on customer requirements, and build an AWS service framework

2.、Provide remote technical support to global customers using AWS resources, solving technical issues encountered by customers in using AWS Cloud

3. Develop and optimize cloud architecture standards and continuously promote them to application systems and cloud platforms

4. Responsible for major fault detection and diagnosis on public clouds and regular operation and maintenance services, providing solution for customers’ personalized needs

5. Familiar with AWS product deployment architecture, business migration, etc. related work, solve key issues and technical difficulties in customer use

6. Continuously summarize technical support experience in practice and provide feedback on improving services and processes

[Job Requirements]

1. Bachelor's degree, majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Network Engineering, etc.

2. English must be used as the working language, those who can communicate in Chinese and English without barriers are preferred.

3. More than 2 years of AWS cloud/other public cloud (such as Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, Huawei Cloud) cloud computing work experience

5. Proficient in Linux, familiar with MySQL or NoSQL databases; familiar with shell scripting language, and proficient in one programming language (Java/Python)

6. Able to write and maintain Could Formation automated deployment templates

8. AWS SAA or SAP certificate or other vendor certificate is preferred, those who have cloud-related migration project experience are preferred.
