About the company
Our client is an international financial institution, with a strong presence globally and regionally. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst to join the team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial services, digital strategy, and innovation. In this role you will be responsible for technology incubation and strategic planning based on emerging technologies and trends.
Responsibilities:
* Perform analysis to evaluate and recommend strategic business initiatives, process enhancements, or technology implementations
* Lead design thinking workshops to brainstorm, refine and prioritize ideas for change
* Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, growth best practices, and regulatory developments
* Drive communication and influence a broad range of stakeholders including executives
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in banking from retail, private banking and wealth management is an advantage
* Experience in ideating and implementing new technological solutions within a financial services environment is a plus
* Familiarity with tech incubation & strategic planning
* Dedication to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments (i.e. GenAI, RPA, Data Analytics) and best practices
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to handle end to end project management
