Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize project profitability.
• Lead and manage the commercial team, including estimators and quantity surveyors.
• Review and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial performance.
• Conduct risk analysis and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure commercial aspects align with project goals.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports to senior management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager in the facade field or related industry.
• Strong understanding of commercial and financial principles.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in contract management and cost control.
• Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Familiarity with facade materials, systems, and construction methods is a plus.
