Assistant Technical Manager / Senior Garment Technician

<p><strong><u>Requirements </u></strong></p><ul><li>At least 5 years relevant experience in Garment industry</li><li>Experience in <strong>Woven / Knit / Sweater</strong> will be an advantage</li><li>Diploma holder</li><li>Good PC skill</li><li>Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin</li><li>Candidate with less experience will also be considered as<strong> "Senior Garment Technician"</strong></li></ul><p></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Handle product development - patterns alteration for fit balance improvement</li><li>Suggestion for lean costing</li><li>Pre-production sample approval</li><li>Standardization of stretchable garment</li><li>Optimization of product development process</li><li>Graded measurement</li><li>Nest approval</li><li>Work closely with China manufacturers for company fit requirements </li><li>Provide technical advice and trouble-shooting</li></ul>
