Responsibilities:
Handle enquiries regarding policy administration from clients, intermediaries, reinsurers, and inter-departments.
Issue policies, endorsements, reinsurance closing (both direct and facultative inwards) and renewals.
Undertake risk accumulation control in accordance with the prescribed retention limits.
Office administration support including ad hoc task to be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
Experience in handling policy administration in general insurance industry;
An organized team player with excellent sense of responsibility;
Good communication skills, work independently and able to work ahead of deadline;
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
Proficiency in MS office, especially Excel and Chinese Word Processing.

Good conversational and writing skills in Chinese and English;
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Chinese word processing.
