Sales and Operations Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet company goals.
-Coordinate with the operations issue to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
-Support the sales team in managing customer relationships and resolving issues.
-Prepare reports and presentations for management
-Create digital content and multi-platform marketing campaigns to clients
-Organize marketing-related activities including seminars and other publicity events
-Perform other duties and support ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Qualifications:

-Associate degree, High Diploma or above.
-At least 3 years of relevant experience
-Good communication (Cantonese is a must), interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and some graphic design software
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism even under pressure and difficult situations
