<p>Responsibilities</p>
<p>• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, and virtualization technologies.<br>• Setup and maintain office IT infrastructure, including Active Directory, Group Policy, O365, Identity and Access Management, Windows, Linux, SQL, and Kubernetes.<br>• Ensure the proper functioning of virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.<br>• Utilize network monitoring tools like Nagios and SolarWinds to oversee and optimize performance.<br>• Oversee server maintenance practices and ensure adherence to best practices.<br>• Manage cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, in both dedicated and hybrid environments.<br>• Develop and execute infrastructure roadmaps aligned with both short- and long-term organizational goals.<br>• Lead and mentor a team of system administrators and technicians.</p>

<p>Requirements</p>
<p>• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.<br>• At least 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, including 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.<br>• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of mentoring and guiding system administrators.<br>• Professional certifications such as ITIL, CISM, TOGAF, CASP+, CISSP, and CCNA are highly preferred.<br>• Expertise in IT infrastructure, including server management, virtualization, cloud environments, and network monitoring.<br>• Strong understanding of security protocols and practices within IT infrastructure.<br>• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.</p>

<p>• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:45 AM – 06:00 PM.<br>• Saturday shifts (08:45 AM – 01:00 PM) may be scheduled by the IT Department Management Team.<br>• Saturday PM, Sundays, and public holidays are designated off days.</p>
