Duties: 1. Responsible for coordinating and tracking delivery resources, participating in the implementation of relevant solution projects, maintaining the entire project life cycle;
2. Implement project requirement analysis and communication, collect customer requirements, and handle customer coordination work;
3. Responsible for project delivery, acceptance and related problem coordination and resolution; including project progress management during project execution, on-site support, project acceptance, and payment;
4. Timely handling of objections in project management, and continuous improvement of service satisfaction;
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, mechanical and other related fields;
3. Accept long-term overseas business trips, familiar with remote communication methods, good language and written expression skills, and a certain amount of negotiation skills and customer relationship handling experience; and be able to complete communication with customers and business partners through remote means;
4. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, with preference for use as a working language;
