What you'll be doing
Responsible for user growth strategies for new user acquisition, client engagement rate, retention rate, loyalty improvement, etc. to improve the KPI of user scale, user quality and product revenue;
Understand user behavior and needs, explore business opportunities and promote the iteration of optimization of product functions through market data analysis;
Work closely with operations, marketing and R&D teams, coordinate cross-department cooperations, formulate and implement user growth plans, supervise implementation to ensure the achievement of goals;
Track and analyze product indicators, monitor product data changes and verify the effectiveness of growth strategies through A/B testing or other methods, and continuously optimize the growth strategies;
In-depth understand of the market competitive products, conduct user research and competitive product analysis, and formulate product competitiveness improvement plans.
What we're looking for
Bachelor degree or above, with more than 3 years of overseas user growth experience and manage user growth methods;
Experience in CFD, brokerage, HK & US stocks, funds, and other financial products;
Have strong data analysis ability, be familiar with data analysis methods, and good at using data to drive product optimization;
Have a strong sense of curiosity and learning ability, with successful experience of growth hacking is preferred;
Good at communication in English and Mandarin;
Have a sense of innovation and independent thinking;
Immediate available is highly preferred.
