<p>Job Responsibilities:<br>Investment bank big shots [Merger and Acquisition Chen teacher] personally teach and guide the following work<br>1. Industry and company research: industry analysis, company surveys<br>2. Transaction execution support: material preparation, valuation modeling;<br><br>4. Other administrative work: including meeting minutes, travel arrangements, etc.</p> <p>Requirements:<br>1.QS ranking within the top 200 universities for undergraduate, graduate or fresh graduates;<br>2. Have investment and financing, industrial research and analysis internship experience is preferred;<br>3. Hard-working, sunny, intelligent, cheerful, and stress-resistant;</p> <p>Internship period of 2 to 4 months, excellent interns may be converted to permanent employees.</p>
