Job Responsibilities<br>

<li>Based on the customer's financial goals, life cycle stage, and risk tolerance, tailor design comprehensive financial solutions that cover life insurance, medical insurance, savings plans, and investment management, and clearly explain and propose them.</li>
<li>Regularly provide policy review services to existing customers, track the execution effectiveness of financial planning, and adjust strategies in a timely manner based on life changes or market fluctuations to ensure continuous satisfaction of customer needs.</li>
<li>If you have team management responsibilities, you are responsible for recruiting potential team members, developing training plans and driving their execution, and assisting the team in improving its professional skills and sales performance.</li>
<li>Lead the team to achieve personal and team performance goals, build a high-efficiency collaborative work atmosphere, and drive sustainable business growth.</li>

Work requirements<br>

<li>College degree or above, majoring in finance, accounting, insurance, economics or related business fields, are preferred.</li>
<li>Have good communication and expression skills, customer service awareness, be able to accurately understand customer needs and build long-term trust relationships.</li>
<li>Have basic knowledge of financial products (especially insurance and investment products), and be willing to continue to study professional knowledge and market trends in financial planning.</li>
