Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily maintenance, regular inspection, and preventive maintenance of the central air conditioning system, ensuring its stable and efficient operation.
Monitor equipment operation status on the construction site, strictly follow safety regulations, coordinate site personnel and implement technical support tasks.
Use professional instruments to detect temperature, pressure, current, refrigerant state, etc. key parameters, record data and analyze the cause of system performance anomalies.
Daily submit clear and accurate work reports to the supervisor, including completed projects, pending issues and required resource support.
Requirements:
Have knowledge and practical experience in air conditioning and refrigeration technology, familiar with chiller units, VRV/VRF systems, duct systems, and automatic control elements.
Able to independently operate common tools and measuring instruments (such as clamp meters, vacuum pumps, pressure gauges, refrigerant recovery machines, etc.), with basic electrical and pipe welding skills being even better.
