Job Responsibilities:

• All-in-one content planning:

• Participate in the "edit, direct, act, cut" of short videos, ensure that the film has a fast pace and visual beauty, and can cause viral spread on social media platforms.

• Brand story translation: Ensure that the cooperation content maintains professional parenting knowledge (parent-child education, prenatal and postnatal health, nutrition, etc.) while also having a sense of proximity and resonance, allowing brand information to be naturally implanted.

• Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to translate customer needs into executable and communicable content solutions.

• Data-driven optimization: Leverage platform data and MediaLens tools to analyze performance, flexibly adjust content strategies, and continuously improve Reach, engagement, and conversion rates.

• Lead community trends:

• Qualifications and enthusiasm: Own2 years or above Digital media, content planning or self-media business experience. Have sincere interest in parenting, childcare and family life issues.

• Full creative power: "Able to shoot, edit, and appear on camera" , have good image aesthetics, be able to shoot using a mobile phone or camera, and use editing software to independently complete short video production.

• Strategic thinking: Specializing in balancing "information quantity" and "lifestyle", blending brand messages and platform tones, making ad content look as native as possible.

• Community native touch: Familiar with the algorithms and content rhythms of FB, IG, YouTube and Xiaohongshu, and able to design high-interactive content.

• Exceptional communication skills: Have good team collaboration and coordination skills, be able to clearly express creative ideas and efficiently execute projects.

• Solid writing skills: Have excellent writing skills in Chinese and English, and be able to flexibly use local and affectionate Cantonese to communicate with readers.
