Overseas event operation

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for overall platform activity planning and execution, and responsible for activity effects and data results;

2. Responsible for planning, execution, and optimization of platform in-site activities;

3. Clearly define the activity goals (acquisition / activation / conversion / recharge), and set core indicators;

4. Output activity plan documents and push activities to be launched according to the standard process;

5. Track activity data performance, analyze and review, and continuously optimize activity effects;

6. Collaborate with product, design, technical, and customer service teams to ensure a smooth event execution;

7. Analyze behavior differences between different countries and different user levels, and optimize activity strategies.

Job Requirements

1. More than 3 years of web3/gaming industry event operation experience, with a goal-oriented, data-aware and independent planning ability;

2. Familiar with common game event mechanisms;

3. Have clear goals and results-oriented;

4. Have basic data analysis skills, and be able to evaluate activity effectiveness through data;

5. Able to independently complete the entire process of planning → launching → post-mortem for activities;

6. Good communication and collaboration skills can promote cross-team cooperation;

7. English can be used as a working language.
