Networking PM

<p>1. Technical skills:</p><p>• Understand and be able to work with technical teams, involving call centers, cloud computing, network infrastructure, firewalls, routing, solution architecture and design, etc. </p><p>• Familiar with Session Border Controller (SBC) and Genesys deployment.</p><p>• Master the automation products used to manage call centers and data center network projects, and have relevant platform experience.</p><p>2. Project Management Experience:</p><p>• In the telecommunications infrastructure sector, there is successful experience in delivering change projects within technical organizations.</p><p>• Familiar with project management tools such as Clarity, Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.</p><p>• Proficient in project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile, and have practical experience in applying them in a technical environment.</p><p>3. Business analysis and change management skills:</p><p>• Have business analysis skills, be able to evaluate and propose suggestions that will help negotiate connection infrastructure projects.</p><p>• Are change agents, with successful experience in implementing large-scale organizational, process, technical and personnel-related change projects.</p><p>4. Communication and collaboration skills:</p><p>• Able to guide and influence others in a matrix organization environment, and build working partnerships with junior and senior staff within the organization.</p><p>• In the network environment, you are a subject matter expert (SME) who can build good relationships with external suppliers.</p><p>• Have successful experience in actively and challengingly interacting with senior management within the organization.</p><p>• In a technical environment, have excellent relationship management, collaboration and influence skills, especially at the senior management (Exco) level.</p><p>• Have experience in working with global teams and managing stakeholders.</p><p>Certification (must have one of the following) :</p><p>• Project Management Professional (PMP)</p><p>• PRINCE2 Practitioner</p>
