Key Responsibilities
Ø Monitoring and ensuring the quality of the school’s HKDSE program delivery and operations
Ø Teaching 1-2 DSE courses like Chinese Language or History
Ø Participating in DSE program design, staff recruitment and teachers’training
Ø Supporting marketing and student admission, including but not limited to promotional events and delivering speeches on behalf of the school
Ø Building Hong Kong high school campus culture and activities
Ø ApplyingBeijing OCAHS whole-person education philosophy, teaching models, and methodologies to schools.
Ø Establishingand coordinatingeducational resources, extracurricular activity partners, and a network of Hong Kong high school partnersforBeijing OCAHS.
Ø Developing a high school and university partner network for Beijing OCAHS
Ø Helping to promote Beijing OCAHS HKDSE program
Ø Being familiar with Hong Kong and UK university application process and employment situation in the society and instructing on university application counselling
Ø Guiding outstanding students in developing a three-year early preparation plan covering academics, exams, extracurricular activities, school selection, essay writing, and optimization strategies.
Ø Representing Beijing OCAHS at various events.
Requirements
· Master’s degree or above from the top universities in HK or UK
· HKDSErelated program or school management experience
· Hong Kong teaching qualification or principal certification
· Strong leadership and management skills
· English, Cantonese and Mandarin ability.

Main responsibilities
Ø Supervise the school's Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) courses and project operations quality
Ø Participate in DSE course design, employee recruitment and teacher training

Job Requirements
· Graduates from the top three universities in Hong Kong or the UK's G5 universities with a master's degree or above
· Have teaching experience in HKDSE courses, those with secondary school operating experience in Hong Kong are preferred
· Have a Hong Kong teaching qualification or principal qualification
· Have excellent leadership and management skills
· English, Cantonese, and Mandarin can be used as working languages.
