Job Responsibilities
Responsible for teaching specialized Chinese courses from K.1 to P.6, designing appropriate teaching content according to students’ levels, and improving language skills and learning interest.
Prepare teaching materials according to course objectives, including classroom notes, practice questions, and evaluation papers, to ensure teaching resources are systematic and practical.
Maintain classroom order, create a positive and interactive learning environment, and effectively manage student behavior to promote good study habits.
Regularly communicate with parents about students’ learning progress, answer inquiries, and assist in introducing course content and handling student registration procedures.
In line with the center's operational needs, participate in teaching quality management, regularly report classroom performance and operating conditions to the manager, and promote continuous improvement in teaching services.
Work requirements
Have a university degree, those with early childhood education or primary teaching experience are given priority.
Familiar with the local education system in Hong Kong, with practical teaching experience in Chinese courses, and understanding the language learning focus of each grade.
Able to teach and communicate fluently in Cantonese and Mandarin, with clear and accurate language expression skills.
Proficient in basic computer software and Chinese input method, able to independently complete teaching materials compilation and administrative record work.
Outgoing and caring personality, patience and sense of responsibility, and attention to time and details; good communication skills, organizational ability, and team spirit, able to execute tasks independently and actively pursue progress.
