Job Responsibilities

Plan and execute post-live streaming advertising strategies, formulate reasonable budget allocation plans, and ensure maximum advertising benefits.
According to the target audience characteristics, accurately set the audience conditions, choose appropriate advertising platforms (such as Facebook, Google, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) for ad placement.
Coordinate design and copywriting teams to create high-conversion-rate advertising materials, including videos, images, and promotional copy, ensuring that the content meets the brand's tone and marketing goals.
Collaborate closely with live streaming teams, designers and business departments, integrate resources, and push cross-departmental projects smoothly.

Work requirements

Proficient in operating Meta ad managers, Google Ads, etc., mainstream advertising platforms, those with actual operation experience are preferred.
Have solid data analysis skills, able to use Google Analytics for performance tracking, and adjust your ad placement strategy based on the data.
Have basic advertising material planning skills, with basic design or copywriting experience as a plus.
Have good communication and coordination skills, effectively link different departments, and push project progress.
Sensitivity to digital advertising trends, problem-solving oriented thinking, able to work independently and withstand pressure.
