Job Responsibilities:

• Manage production schedules to ensure on-time completion and delivery of products, includes supervising daily operations and coordinating across departments .

• Manpower planning and allocation, ensuring production is cost-effective and the production process is economical

• Selecting equipment, maintaining and repairing it

• Collaborating with team members to set and evaluate production goals Ensuring health and safety protocols of machinery and equipment

• Overseeing team members while maximising efficiency, reducing expenses across product lines

• Identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and implement new systems to enhance productivity and reduce costs , determining ways to improve production efficiency

• Maintaining product quality as set by management

• Training , motivating, supporting and guiding team member assign tasks, and resolve conflicts to maintain a productive work environment .

• Oversee production activities, including control of production process and production facilities

• Establish, review and update production documentations

• Stationed at PRC required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, including business management or industrial engineering.

• Years of related production management, including managerial experience, experience in manufacturing.

• Leadership, communication skill, strong organisational skills, talent development strength, business acumen, ability in driving change, are essential attributes.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
