Family Teacher

1. Academic & Educational Support

• Design, implement, and track individual learning plans (ILPs) aligned with school curricula or homeschooling goals.

• Provide one-on-one tutoring in core subjects (Math, Science, Languages, Humanities) and assist with homework completion.

• Create engaging supplementary activities (e.g., educational field trips, arts and crafts, STEM projects, reading programs).

• Assess learning progress and adapt teaching strategies to support children with diverse learning needs or learning differences.

2. Schedule & Household Coordination

• Coordinate daily routines, including school drop-offs, extra-curricular commitments, tutoring sessions, and social activities.

• Manage educational materials, learning spaces, and schedule logs.

• Accompany children during domestic or international family travel to ensure continuity in education and care.

3. Behavioral & Life Skills Coaching

• Model and teach essential life skills, proper etiquette, hygiene habits, time management, and emotional regulation.

• Implement positive discipline and constructive behavioral guidance strategies tailored to the family's parenting philosophy.

• Help children build self-esteem, social confidence, and conflict-resolution skills.

4. Parent Communication & Collaboration

• Conduct regular updates with parents to discuss academic progress, social development, and behavioral observations.

• Liaise with school teachers, tutors, pediatricians, and therapists to align care strategies.
