地盤監工(Site Supervisor ) 長期僱員

1. Need to be familiar with engineering details (interior design/supervision of engineering-related work experience) .

2. Inspect the site, supervise the progress and safety measures of the entire project, and ensure that it will not be delayed.

3. Report progress to guests, superiors and relevant departments.

4. Review the engineering drawings, dimensions, give opinions, or supervise modifications according to customer feedback

5. Ensure that the project complies with legal requirements, such as industrial safety or noise indicators, etc.

6. Conduct acceptance, ensure the contractor's work meets the requirements.

7. Create a schedule for each project, calculate manpower and materials, and create a budget.

9. Have good communication relations with others.

Consider extra pay: (Proficient in the following and related experience)

-Other certificates (T1-3, SS, etc.)

- Draw water and electricity diagrams, 3D effect diagrams, furniture diagrams, window diagrams, and floor plans
