<p>Job Title: Financial Analyst<br>Employment form: Full-time<br>Position category: Office position Insurance department</p> <p>Salary: HKD25,000 - HKD30,000 per month, depending on experience and ability.</p> <p></p> <p></p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <p>1. Financial statement analysis: Analyze the company's insurance financial statements and data, evaluate the financial performance and risk of insurance business, and provide accurate financial health status evaluation. </p> <p>2. Market research: Conduct insurance market research, track industry dynamics and economic trends, provide detailed market analysis reports, and assist the company in formulating insurance product strategies.</p> <p>3. Financial planning and budgeting: Assist in the preparation of financial plans and budgets for insurance business, monitor the implementation of financial plans, and ensure effective use of resources. </p> <p>4. Investment evaluation: Evaluate the feasibility of insurance investment projects, provide investment advice and risk assessment, and assist management in making wise investment decisions.</p> <p>5. Internal and external communication: Communicate with internal teams (such as underwriting, claims and risk management departments) and external partners (such as reinsurers) to ensure financial information is accurate and timely.</p> <p>6. Report writing: Write a financial analysis report on insurance business, provide decision support to management, and help them formulate future insurance products and business plans.</p> <p></p> <p></p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>1. Education: Bachelor's degree, finance, accounting, economics or related fields, insurance-related professional background is preferred.</p> <p>2. Skills: Familiar with financial analysis tools and software (such as Excel, financial modeling tools), with good data analysis skills.</p> <p>Have excellent written and oral communication skills, able to clearly express complex financial information.</p> <p>3. Experience: Candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience, particularly in the insurance industry's financial analysis, accounting or investment field, will be given priority. Candidates with CFA or CPA qualifications will be more competitive.</p> <p>4. Attitude: Have proactive and responsible attitude, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>Have good organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.</p> <p></p> <p></p> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>1.
