Job Title: Specialty Dim Sum Chef
Weekly working days: 6 days
Salary: $21,023 per month (10 hours) (excluding overtime)

06:00-18:00(2 hours break/dining time)
11:00-23:00(2 hours break/dining time)
Responsibilities: Making special pastries
Prepare ingredients, scoop out the filling and cook it
Queue up to purchase ingredients, monitor ingredient inventory
Create menus and design dishes
Monitor food quality and environmental hygiene
Arrange manpower allocation and train employees
Manage the kitchen's operations
Supervise four chefs or those below
Language requirements: Conversation: General Cantonese conversation, slightly familiar with English conversation
Reading and writing: general Chinese reading and writing
Minimum entry requirements (including academic qualifications, experience (how many years), skills, etc.):
Grade 6 level
Two years of relevant work experience
