Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling e-commerce platforms (HKTVMall and Jingdong) orders and daily operations.
- Upload new products and update product information. - Process customer inquiries and related complaints.
- Assist in warehouse logistics management, follow up on goods allocation and update inventory reports.
- Provide in-store support, notify colleagues of new arrivals and conduct small-scale procurement work.
Entry Requirements:
- Second 5 or above, with 1 to 2 years of e-commerce or retail administrative work experience is preferred.
- Understand how to use Google Sheets / Excel, with Chinese input and basic photo editing / shooting skills (mobile phone photography is also possible).
- Attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
- Good communication skills, able to interact well with warehouse, retail store colleagues and customers.
- Effective work allocation and time management skills to ensure that work is completed within the scheduled time
Working hours: Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 18:00 (with one half-day off) Saturday: 09:00 - 13:30
