Chief Technology Officer

Job Responsibilities

1.Responsible for the overall planning, strategy, implementation and delivery of the technical of the VDX platform;

2.Establish the technical structure and implementation model of the company’s main business, and set up the complete technology research and development system;

3. Responsible for the development of core code, such as product function, module design, database structure design and matching of VDX platform;

4.Participate in the major technical decisions of the company’s projects, guide and review the overall technical

plan of the project, and conduct overall quality assessment of each project;

5.Grasp the overall technical implementation progress of the company’s projects and solve technical problems;

6.Pre-research for new technology, control of the direction of company’s technology development, management, and training of technical team.

7.Oversees the whole technology department, including hiring, leading, coaching and developing the team. Acts as an excellent role model and holds team members accountable to core value, high professional standards, communication and goals.

Job Requirements:

1.Degree holder in information technology or related disciplines；

2.Have a strong foundation and knowledge of the fintech sector；

3.Have a strong network with people working in the fintech industry；

4.10+years of work experience in building highly scalable projects；

5.10+years in IT management with strong leadership, people management and problem-solving skills.

6.Working knowledge of major languages such as Golang, C++, Python, Java etc；

7.Have professional insights on and be familiar with the ways of technology changing;

8.Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
