Job content:
· Responsible for the retail channel layout and expansion of the company's consumer electronics in Hong Kong, Macau and Greater China, leading the contact, cooperation negotiation and shelf arrangement with major retailers (including chain electrical stores, department stores, 3C specialty stores, etc.;
· Manage the sales operations of all retail stores in Hong Kong comprehensively, coordinate procurement needs, order fulfillment, inventory support, and after-sales collaboration to ensure an efficient and stable supply chain;
· Promote the market introduction of own brands and internationally renowned consumer electronics brands, formulate listing strategies, display planning, promotional support, and sales training through dual tracks of physical retail and online channels;
• Continuously monitor market dynamics, competitive landscape, and channel performance, regularly submit sales analysis reports, and optimize channel coverage strategies and resource allocation;
As the core interface between the company and the retail end, maintain a long-term and stable cooperative relationship, enhance brand visibility, market share, and terminal sales power.
Job Requirements:
· At least 5/6 years of experience in retail distribution or channel management in the consumer electronics industry, familiar with the operation mode of mainstream retail systems in Hong Kong, Macao and Greater China;
· Have practical experience in successfully promoting new brands/products into large retail channels, and have the ability to build a channel network from 0 to 1;
· Proficient in B2B sales process, good at cross-departmental collaboration (such as marketing, supply chain, finance), with strong negotiation skills and customer relationship management ability;
· Ability to independently plan and execute channel strategies, order management, inventory coordination, and end-user support;
· Clear thinking, strong pressure resistance, high action ability, mature and stable professional quality and high sense of responsibility;
· Fluent in Cantonese, good in Mandarin, English can be used as a working language;Experience in basic financial analysis and CRM system operation is preferred.
