Job Description

Our client, a leading IT solutions provider, specializes in resolving technical challenges and maintaining seamless IT operations for diverse businesses. They seek a Temporary IT Support Officer to assist with critical projects, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system efficiency.

Working Location: Multiple working locations (Depends)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the unboxing, installation, and disassembly of computer equipment in preparation for events.
Assist in the configuration, testing, and maintenance of other related equipment.
Responsible for the dismantling, packing, and recovery of related equipment after the event.
Provide technical support for computer equipment at the event venue during the event, handle terminal hardware failures, and ensure stable operation of equipment throughout the event.
Manage the operation and maintenance of other peripheral equipment at the event venue (including printers and networks), identify issues, and provide immediate solutions.

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
At least one year of experience in computer operations and maintenance
Basic networking knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and ability to quickly learn and master new equipment or systems
Familiarity with Windows operating system, proficiency in basic hardware installation and configuration
