Responsible for daily accounting (including bank reconciliation, general ledger entry, AP/AR, etc. basic operations).
Assist with year-end closing procedures, assist in the preparation of financial statements.
Support internal audit preparation work, sort out relevant information, and ensure compliance and integrity.
Handle travel industry-specific accounting matters such as reservation confirmations, supplier payment & amount calculation, etc.
Requirements:
Preference will be given to those with comprehensive accounting practical experience; those who have focused on travel industry accounting practical experience will be more suitable.
Proficient in using accounting software (ABSS/MYOB), and able to flexibly use Excel for data analysis, formula modeling, and report integration.
Hold relevant academic qualifications & abilities or have travel agency accounting practice as the main consideration.
Proficient in Cantonese, able to communicate and handle financial documents in good English.
Have good numerical sense and attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and demonstrate good team spirit and interpersonal interaction skills.
Salary and benefits:
Weekly five-day work schedule, with working hours generally from (Monday to Friday) 09:30 to 18:30
