Part-time customer service assistant - North Point
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for daily front-line customer service work, including cordial reception of visiting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting in handling order receipt and delivery processes
Or need to answer incoming calls, record customer needs and opinions, and timely refer to the logistics department for follow-up
Support office basic administrative affairs, such as file sorting, data input, mail distribution and simple word processing
Maintain a clean and orderly reception area and work environment to ensure a professional and friendly customer experience
Support the team's operations and provide flexible assistance on temporary assignments under the guidance of the supervisor
Work requirements
Fluent in Cantonese, with basic English and Mandarin communication skills, able to clearly express and understand customer needs
Have good manners and service awareness, proactive and patient personality, and be able to present a professional image in face-to-face and phone communications
Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, hold a valid dependent visa or have other legal qualifications to work in Hong Kong
"Shifts" with stable hours from Monday to Friday, 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm (at least two to five days per week) are preferred
Benefits
Working compensation: $70 per hour, clear and transparent treatment, absolutely no deduction
Payment method: "Weekend pay", every Monday through bank transfer or Quick Transfer, fully paying the total weekly work compensation
