Duties: * Provide technical and application support, change management, performance tuning for business applications and follow up with solution vendors. * Determine the solutions to the problems and improve the application when appropriate * Collaborate with team members and management to identify areas for improvement in business applications and user experience. * Engage with users to gather feedback and understand their business requirements, delivering solutions that align with business needs. * Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, procedures, and user guides to enhance team efficiency and knowledge sharing. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field * At least 3 years of experience in developing, implementing, and supporting applications * Good understanding of operating systems, desktop systems, application environments, and latest web technologies. * Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic work environments. * Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
