<p>Duties include:</p><p>1. Collect and organize admission information: Responsible for collecting admission policies, entry requirements, curriculum design, campus culture, etc. from various primary and secondary schools in Hong Kong, updating and organizing them into standardized documents in a timely manner, and providing accurate admission information support to students and parents. </p><p> 2. Student and parent consultation and reception: Through online (phone, WeChat, email, etc.) and offline (face-to-face) methods, use Cantonese, English and Mandarin to answer Hong Kong secondary school admission-related questions for students and parents, including school selection, application procedures, interview preparation, etc., and provide professional consultation and advice.</p><p> 3. Application materials assistance: Assist students in preparing application materials for Hong Kong primary and secondary schools, such as application form filling guidance, personal statement polishing, recommendation letter organization, etc., to ensure that application materials are complete, standardized and meet the school's requirements.</p><p></p><p>5. Application progress tracking and communication: Responsible for tracking students’ application progress, communicating and liaising in a timely manner with the admission offices of various primary and secondary schools in Hong Kong, providing feedback on application progress, and synchronizing relevant information to students and parents to ensure a smooth application process. </p><p> 6. Assist in the organization of academic activities: Assist in the organization of secondary school entrance examination explanation meetings, campus open days, and enrollment lectures, etc., and be responsible for the preliminary preparation, on-site coordination, and post-event summary of the activities. </p><p> 7. Data statistics and report writing: Responsible for collecting and analyzing data related to academic advancement, such as consultation volume, application number, and admission status, and regularly writing academic advancement work reports to provide data support for departmental decision-making.</p><p> 8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors: actively cooperate with university admission guidance supervisor and team to complete other tasks related to secondary school admission in Hong Kong. </p><p>Job Requirements</p><p>Language skills: Proficient in Cantonese (listening, speaking, reading and writing fluently), which can be used as a working language; excellent English skills (CET-6 or above or equivalent level, listening, speaking, reading and writing fluently), which can be used to communicate fluently with Hong Kong schools and foreign nationals; Standard Mandarin is fluent. </p><p>Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above, education, language, social work and other related professional backgrounds are preferred; those with Hong Kong study or life experience are preferred. </p><p>Experience requirement: Candidates with 1 to 2 years or more of relevant work experience in Hong Kong's primary and secondary school admission guidance are preferred; those familiar with Hong Kong's education system, primary and secondary school admission procedures and policies are preferred.</p>
