Technical Support Engineer

Duties:

2. Responsible for daily product technical support work;

3. Responsible for writing product information and documentation;

4. Responsible for the daily maintenance and problem handling of product applications.

Requirements:

1. Computer or related professional, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, and Cantonese listening and speaking;

2. Familiar with Java language, familiar with Spring, Hibernate, etc. development frameworks;

3. Familiar with HTML, JavaScript, jquery, etc., front-end technologies, familiar with Vue, React or Angular, etc., one of the frameworks;

4. Have good database foundation, familiar with mysql, sqlserver, etc., a relational database;

5. Familiar with redis, mongoDB, etc., non-relational databases;

6. Familiar with conventional distributed architectures, familiar with caching, message queues, etc. Open source middleware usage experience, such as SpringMVC, SpringCloud, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.;

7. Have DevOps experience, familiar with maven, Nginx, Git, etc. tools;

8. Have good communication skills, clear thinking, and good at thinking, and love technical R&D. Have rapid learning ability, strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, good stress resistance, positive attitude, and proactive integration into the team.
