Duties * Manage various online sales channels such as HKTV mall, Club Shopping, Neigbuy, YOHO, Ztore, Pandamart, HOME+, Lazada, Zalora etc. * Assist in the business activities and projects of assigned channels including but not limited to order management, fulfillment, promotion planning, making marketing calendar,order forecast, inventory management, preparing business analysis reports; * Manage product mix and assortment planning on assigned platforms; * Analyze business trends and consumer insights and evaluate existing product categories on choices; * Conduct marketing research, analysis and routine data reports; * Liaise and coordinate with buyers, logistics and related departments on day to day business operation. Requirements * Preferably university graduate with at least 2 years’ experience in eCommerce / retail management; * Good knowledge in marketplace such as HKTVmall is advantageous; * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HTML, SEO and Facebook is highly preferred; * Organized, detail-oriented and eager to learn; * Capable of handling stress and meeting deadlines; * Experience in cross-border marketplaces and eCommerce operations is an absolute advantage; * Excellent command of written and spoken Cantonese & English; * Open to new graduates * More experienced candidates may be considered for higher-level roles Salary and Benefits Package * Performance-based bonus * Employee purchase discounts * Public holidays * Dynamic young team and relaxed working atmosphere
