**Job Description:**
Responsible for developing recruitment recommendation algorithms for BOSS Zhipin's Hong Kong operations, enhancing the recruitment/job-seeking experience for users. This involves aspects such as recall, coarse ranking, fine ranking, and matching strategy.
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Develop search and recommendation algorithms for BOSS Zhipin's Hong Kong operations to improve the recruitment/job-seeking experience for various user groups, covering areas such as recall, coarse ranking, fine ranking, and matching strategy.
- Thoroughly understand the challenges and issues in the job recruitment scenario, transforming user experience problems and business issues into algorithm model challenges.
- Stay updated on the latest algorithms and research trends in the industry and apply them to practical work, including interest modeling, multi-objective optimization, reinforcement learning, and the latest advancements in LLMs.
**Job Requirements:**
- Hold a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a 985 & 211 university or an internationally recognized university.
- Possess a Hong Kong work visa or equivalent qualifications.
- Proficient in at least one programming language such as Python or Java, and familiar with major AI development environments like TensorFlow.
- Have experience in data mining, machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing (NLP), and be acquainted with common models within the recommendation and search domains.
- Be knowledgeable about big data processing techniques and distributed computing frameworks, and have familiarity with the architecture of recommendation systems.
- Demonstrate strong learning capabilities and passion for algorithmic work.
- Show curiosity and enthusiasm for applying algorithms to solve real-world problems, constantly striving for optimized services.
- Maintain an open mind and rational thinking, capable of clear and concise communication with others.
- Possess good English reading and writing skills, along with adequate listening and speaking abilities. Fluency in Cantonese is preferred.
