POS Computer Technician

<p>**Job Title: POS Computer Technician**<br><br>**Job Responsibilities:** <br>- Responsible for installing and setting up POS software and hardware, including system configuration and related technical support. <br>- Provide on-site or remote technical support to customers, resolving technical issues with printers and other POS devices.<br>- Provide POS system operation training to customers, ensuring they are familiar with the relevant equipment and software.<br>- Regularly follow up on customer usage, proactively discover and solve potential technical issues, and enhance service satisfaction. <br>- Report work progress to supervisors or managers, coordinate internal resources to improve maintenance and support efficiency.<br><br>**Work requirements: **<br>- Secondary school graduation or above, majoring in information technology, computers or related subjects, are given priority. <br>- Have basic computer hardware and Windows system knowledge, those who have installation or support experience for POS systems are preferred. <br>- Need good communication skills, able to clearly explain technical issues and guide customers on how to operate.<br>- Responsibility and good time management skills, able to handle field tasks and schedule independently. <br>- Hold a valid driver's license and be able to handle work assignments that require field work.<br><br>**Benefits: **<br>Overtime allowance, attendance bonus, transportation allowance, year-end bonuses</p>
