Job Responsibilities

Use computer-aided design (CAD) software and related equipment to accurately draw construction plans, detailed drawings, and foundation layouts for building engineering, ensuring compliance with design standards and project requirements.
On-site measurement of site dimensions and conversion to digital surface, assisting in the completion of existing building renovation or reconstruction scheme drawing update and verification.
According to the instructions of the designer and project manager, revise, annotate and manage the existing drawings to ensure their consistency and traceability.
Collaborate with architects, mechanical and electrical engineers, and other technical personnel, participate in cross-disciplinary drawing integration and technical coordination, and review the interfaces and conflict points between various professional drawings.
Use Adobe Acrobat Pro for drawing export, annotation, electronic signature and archiving, supporting the standardization and digitalization of project file workflows.

Work requirements

Hold a bachelor's degree, advanced diploma or above in architecture, building services engineering or related fields.
Have at least one year of practical work experience in architectural, engineering consulting companies or contractors, familiar with local building laws and regulations and drawing submission procedures, those who are familiar with local building laws and regulations and drawing submission procedures are preferred.
Proficient in AutoCAD operations, able to independently complete two-dimensional plane drawings, section drawings and node details; familiar with the use of Microsoft Office suite software to process technical files and reports.
Have basic Photoshop image processing skills, which can be used for simple effect image correction, label stacking or image beautification, and improving communication efficiency.
Have excellent bilingual expression skills in Chinese and English (including Cantonese), be able to clearly write technical documents, participate in cross-departmental meetings and effectively communicate and collaborate with different stakeholders.
